Standard and high specification web design both gives you a quality finish, high-spec gives you that little extra class which is ideal for promotional or business websites who wish to use their site as a showcase or main marketing portal.

What can effect the price?

  • Additional pages: £10 per page
  • Development features: See development services for details
  • Specification writing: We expect you to know what you want, although sometimes we know this is not the case. If you need us to plan your website for you, we charge a fixed rate of £100 which will be included in our quote and only payable if our quote is accepted.
  • Site Visits: 90% of all websites can be created without face-to-face meetings, email and telephone is usually enough. As a general rule, tuneyourweb will not arrange a meeting to quote for a website design, but will happily arrange a visit either during or after the website is launched if required. This is a fixed price of either £100 or £150 per visit, depending on distance.
  • tuneyourweb offer a three-stage payment plan for all websites, an initial payment of 50%, followed by 30% and the final 20% when completed. Should you wish you pay for the full project at the beginning, we will offer you a 7% discount.

Development

tuneyourweb will always give you the best quote for your requirements that we can. An example for a forum is listed below and will show how our quote will be affected:

  • PHPBB and SWF are both free forum solutions. They are well used and well supported. tuneyourweb would only charge you for installation, configuration and site integration - Fixed Price £60.
  • vBulletin is a paid forum solution, very popular and well supported. As of Tuesday 19th February 2008, an owned license costs £91 per site. tuneyourweb would only charge you for purchasing this solution, installation, configuration and site integration - Fixed Price £151.

The above example works for any solution, not just forums, including shopping carts, wiki's and blogs. tuneyourweb will only ever develop a solution from scratch if it is the best option for your site and it is a cost effective alternative.

Maintenance

£25 per hour (60 minutes)

Maintenance services can be used for any purpose excluding design and development. It is ideal for website content updating, search engine optimisation, link exchanging, fixing a broken site service, shop administration or any other task your site needs, either as a one-off or on a regular basis.

Maintenance can be purchase by the hour when required, or an hour per month for a whole year, priced at £250, saving you £50.

tuneyourweb allow you to spread your purchased time over multiple requests and each is subject to a 5 minutes time slot, which could give you up to 12 requests. All we ask is that you use your full hour within 30 days of your payment.

Yearly purchased maintenance allows 12 hours (720 minutes) of maintenace and can be used whenever required. As with hourly maintenance, requests are charged in 5 minute slots, but additionally give you the flexibility to use extra minutes if needed from your balance. All we ask is that you use 30 minutes per month mininum and that you use all your minutes by the end of your purchased year.
